Roasted Grapes and Brussel Sprouts




this is a healthy dish with a hint of sweetness. If you're feeling really healthy you could serve it with a quinoa salad, but it would also pair well with any kind of meat dish.


Ingredients: (serves 2)

about 30 red grapes halved
about 15 brussel sprouts halved
garlic salt
pepper
about 1 tbsp olive oil


Directions:

preheat your oven to 500 degrees
halve your grapes and brussel sprouts on a cutting board
throw your brussel sprouts into a small bowl, coat with olive oil, garlic salt, and pepper
spread the sprouts on a flat cooking sheet, then add your grapes
toss in the oven and bake for 15 minutes or until the sprouts have that delicious browned color on the outer leaves.
remove from the pan immediately to serve.
